• Vendors agree to pay applicable fees and commissions

4. Purchases

• All prices are in BSD (Bahamian Dollars)
• Taxes and delivery fees may apply
• Products are subject to availability
• Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to each vendor's individual return policy. Please review the vendor's policies before making a purchase.

6. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• We accept various payment methods as configured by vendors
• You agree to pay all charges incurred

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Mall242 Bahamas or its vendors and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mall242 Bahamas is a platform connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for vendor products, services, or actions. Disputes between buyers and vendors should be resolved directly.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
